- Keep your nails filed and evened at all times.
- Harden your nails every 2-3 days or more.
- Prevent Nail Breaks - Be mindful of the way you use your hands.

Here's the logic...
We use our hands alot throughout the day. Keeping your nails filed and evened will prevent them from getting all caught up for the destiny of nail cracking.
If your nails are hard, they can continue to grow without breaking interuptions.
Lastly, setting your mind to the way you operate your hands helps alot. For example, think about how you can open a soda can without using your nails! I'd use a fork, or something similiar of the like, instead. Sometimes, I'll ask someone else to pop it open for me!
