Most nail hardeners are clear, so you can polish your nails with the hardeners as often as you like.
Actually, the more you harden your nails, the better! I don't think there's a such thing as too much hardener. I add hardener to my precious nails everytime I get the chance. I recommend hardening at least every 2 - 3 days!
Just be sure that your nails are well shaped and even at all times. A fresh emery board is what will take care of it.

Its actually a hardener by the name of "Nail Life" that I found at Sally Beauty store. I love it. Its a rich product that makes my nails very strong. The only thing I hate is that its so hard, that its impossible to open! But here's what some others had to say about it.
